Make your meat juicy and delicious with an easy marinade. For mess-free marinating, place poultry, meat, or fish in a large, zip-top plastic bag. Add the marinade, and seal the bag.  Turn the bag a few times to completely coat the food. Place the bag in the refrigerator and marinate according the recipe directions. You may want to turn the bag a few times during the marinating period. After the food has marinated, remove it from the bag, and discard the bag.  To avoid cross-contamination, don’t use the marinade that has come in contact with raw poultry, meat or fish for basting unless you cook the marinade first. Get the Recipe: Chicken Souvlaki
