Happy Friday! Today we're sharing a how-to video for one seriously delicious and easy cocktail to get your weekend started off right. There are only four ingredients in this Pisco Sour, which are blended together for a few minutes. Then you're done! Sit back, relax, and enjoy the last days of summer with this foamy, citrus-flavored drink.

Pisco is a brandy that is distilled from South American grapes. The Pisco Sour is the national drink of Peru, although there are many different varieties. The Peruvian version typically includes pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, bitters, and an egg white. It became popular in the U.S., specifically California, during the Gold Rush, when Peruvian miners in the area introduced the drink to Americans.

As I mentioned before, this version from Sunset has only four ingredients: Pisco, lime juice, sugar, and a tiny amount of pasteurized egg whites. Combine those ingredients in a blender with a few ice cubes and the blender does the rest of the work! To see just how easy it is to whip up one of these South American cocktails, just watch the video below!
