Fresh and Bottled Lemon Juice
Keep bottled lemon juice in your pantry, or once opened, in your fridge. You'll always have a splash of flavor to perk up soups and dishes. You can make your own bottled lemon juice as well. Figure about 1 teaspoon of lemon juice per wedge. Store in the fridge in an air tight container or jar.
