I want to replace the sugar in my recipes with agave—how do I do it?

For every 1 cup of white sugar use 2/3 cup agave and reduce other liquid in your recipe ¼ to 1/3 of a cup.
Agave will cause baked goods to brown more quickly, so reduce your oven temperature by 25 degrees, and assume you may need to keep them in the oven a little longer.
