No-Cook Peach Ice Cream Recipe
Many homemade ice cream recipes require cooking a custard base, but this easy peach ice cream is made from sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk, and fresh peaches.

Combine Milk

Combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk, stirring well with a whisk. Chill 30 minutes.

Place peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and salt in bowl of a food processor; pulse until smooth.

Combine peach mixture, milk mixture, and nectar. Place into freezer container of an ice-cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.

Place container in freezer for 15 minutes. Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze overnight until firm.
