"When I use canned chipotle in adobo sauce, I never need the whole can. Can I freeze the remaining peppers?"

Absolutely! I freeze mine in ice cube trays with some of the sauce, and then put the frozen cubes in a freezer bag. They keep really well! One suggestion: I have ice cube trays set aside solely for this purpose, because they get stained and the aroma never really goes completely away.
