Cauliflower Pizza Crust

You've probably heard about using cauliflower as a substitute in recipes. For instance, it can be used in hummus, fritters, mashed potatoes, or even in pies! So after all of that, a pizza crust seems like a delicious idea! For those looking for gluten-free alternatives to pizza crust, this is a perfect option, especially when paired with favorites such as sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and artichokes.

This particular crust involves using a food processor to chop up the cauliflower. Then, simply add the rest of the ingredients, stir together in a bowl, and just like that, you have a dough that you can then form into a circular shape on your pizza pan. You'll bake it for 15 minutes, add the toppings, and then bake it for a few more minutes, or until the cheese is melted.  Sound easy? That's because it is! In around 30 minutes this delicious pizza is on your table and ready to eat.
