Summer holidays are the best--long afternoons at the pool, cool drinks, and flamin' hot food. Lucky for us, this steak recipe is easy to cook without a grill (hello, apartment dwellers!) and on a budget, leaving you a little extra cash to enjoy a fun dessert or cocktail.

The best part about this steak recipe is that it's fantastic just after it's cooked, but it's almost better the next day, when you can serve it with eggs for a hearty breakfast or in tortillas for a fantastic taco night. It's the steak that keeps on giving, really. Just be sure to slice it across the grain and cook it as instructed, so it won't be tough.
