Is it really 2013? Where did 2012 go? If you're like me, you probably have you found yourself saying this today and thinking back on the goals you set last year. How did you do with your New Year's resolutions? I did alright with some of mine (lost some baby weight, tried quite a few new recipes, and spent more more time with my family) while I fell short with others (organize my closets, become completely paperless, run a 1/2 marathon).

The great news is that it's a new year so if you didn't accomplish all that you were hoping in 2012, you can do it in 2013! And even better news is that we're here to help.
