How to Make It
Infuse the yogurt. Stir together Greek yogurt, dill, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl. Refrigerate while preparing the rest of the dish.
Fry the eggs. You already have your favorite method for this.
Spice up the butter. Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Melt the butter with crushed red pepper and paprika, stirring frequently.
Assemble it. Divide the yogurt between 2 bowls. Top with a fried egg, drizzle with spiced butter and sprinkle with coarse salt, dill, and parsley.
