If you love the taste of iced coffee but hate the crushing realness of being sober, here’s your new favorite brunch cocktail. This Long Island iced coffee combines ingredients you probably have at home (vodka, ice, half-and-half) with some things you might need to buy (coffee liqueur, mole bitters, amaro). Sure, it’s kind of a pain to track down all that stuff, but the drink is so delicious and totally worth the hassle. Make a big batch for a special occasion. Or, if there’s no special occasion and you’re strapped for time, just put vodka in your iced coffee and call it a Long Island iced coffee—we’re not looking.
