How to Make It
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Combine egg yolks, ¾ cup cranberry sauce, and remaining ingredients in another bowl. Stir egg mixture into dry ingredients until just combined.
Whisk together egg whites until stiff peaks. Fold whipped egg whites into waffle mix.
Cook in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown. Stir together remaining ¼ cup cranberry sauce with maple syrup before serving.
