No-Bake Granola Bars
2 cup oats
½ cup sliced almonds
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup honey
¼ to ½ cup chocolate chips
How to Make It
In a medium mixing bowl, mix the oats, almonds, and chocolate chips. Set aside.
In a small pan over medium heat, mix peanut butter and honey until melted and well combined. Pour into the oats until all chocolate chips are melted and everything is well coated.
Shape the wet oat mixture into a square or rectangle on a lightly-greased, non-stick baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour.
