How to Make It
Preheat oven to 250°F.
Combine maple syrup, olive oil, and brown sugar in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour the maple mixture into the bowl and stir ingredients together until well combined.
Spread granola mixture in a thin, even layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, stirring halfway through. Continue baking until granola is dried out, checking and stirring every 15 minutes.
