How to Make It
Heat a nonstick skillet with butter over medium heat.
When butter is melted, add onion and sauté for 5 minutes, or until onions are translucent and just beginning to brown.
Add turkey and gravy. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, add stuffing and continue cooking, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in parsley.
Top with a fried egg and devour.
