Bring on the bubbly
Spring and summer call for spritzes, those sparkly, colorful drinks with a lower ABV. After a couple you’ll be buzzed, sure, but you’ll still have the stamina to drink all day. Instead of a classic Italian apéritif, this spritz starts with sweet elderflower liqueur and lets spicy ginger kombucha bring the bitter notes. Top the cocktail base with a three second pour of dry Prosecco and cheers to the warm weather.
