How to Make It
Chop up the banana.
In a blender, combine hummus, banana slices, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
With a spoon, stir in walnuts, chopped strawberries, or chocolate chips. Any ingredient that you usually add to banana bread is fair game.
Top with cinnamon, walnuts, or whatever else your stomach desires. Eat with graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices.
