How to Make It
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Cut the prosciutto slices in half and divide evenly between the holes in the mini muffin tins. Press prosciutto around the edges of the muffin tins, making sure there are no gaps.
In a small mixing bowl, combine eggs, cream, and pepper.
Divide egg mixture evenly into the muffin tins.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until eggs are set and prosciutto is crispy.
