Just look at this for a second:

These gorgeous Chocolate-Dipped Strawberry Meringue Roses have been pinned more than 270,000 times. They’re prettier and more popular than I’ll ever be, but it’s fine. It’s not like I’m jealous of a dessert or anything. OK, I admit, I’m a little jealous. Who wouldn’t be?!

There’s more to these meringues than just good looks—they’re also super easy to make.

You only need a few ingredients and, as Reader’s Digest pointed out, home chefs who have tried baking it give it an average rating of five stars.

It’s also Taste of Home’s most pinned recipe of all time. No biggie.

The roses look kind of hard to make, but the truth is, anyone can do it!

All you have to do is cut a hole in the corner of a plastic bag (or you can use a pastry bag if you’re feeling fancy), fill it with the meringue, and gently squeeze it to form the shape of a flower.

That’s it! Just don’t forget to Insta.
