Pork Tenderloin with Sauteed Apples
FANTASTIC. So quick, and a wonderful combination of flavors. The only problem was that I wanted to eat the entire batch by myself. Make extra apples! —CSC

Really good! My daughter loved it. I have also made it with 1/2 lb each of pork sausage and ground beef instead of chicken - still good. —Karen92157

Mushroom-Herb Spaghetti
We really liked this pasta sauce! It was really fast to put together and it was especially nice that the sauce cooked while the spaghetti boiled. The fresh herbs really made the dish. We'll make this one again, for sure; next time I'll probably double the sauce so there is more for leftovers. —Renee

Jalapeño, Sausage, Jack, and Egg Breakfast Braid
Cute idea! I didn't do the spicy stuff to keep it kid friendly. I just happened to have all needed ingredients (usually keep pizza dough for my son). Would be an easy dish to make for houseguests or even when you are a houseguest. Will make again!

Absolutely perfect blend of flavors. We put the beef and onion mixture in the crock pot in the morning, added the root vegetables early afternoon and everything ended up the perfect texture. We will definitely be making this again. —Azjargaltai

Raspberry-Red Velvet Petits Fours
This is now my signature dessert. Beautiful presentation. Simple: a novice can do. So moist, no ice cream needed. With the cake you cut off, you can combine with some of the remaining frosting and make "cake suckers" with lollipop sticks or craft sticks.

Sausage and Vegetable Deep-Dish Pizza
"This pizza was great! It had a great taste and simple to make. However, I did use a tube of the Pillsbury pizza crust because this was a week night dinner and didn't have time to make my own dough. I did add the cornmeal to the pan and then put the dough on top. I thought this was awesome." —mylilhunny13
