Corn and cream are a dream team (and, yes, I meant to make a tacky rhyme--hope you liked it). The rich cream matches the crisp sweetness of the golden nuggets in a way that's not just complementary, but a "whole is greater than the sum of its parts" type of thing. They're better together.

If you haven't heard the news that Full House is making a comeback with its series premiere on Netflix, Fuller House, you just heard it here; and we could not be more thrilled! We're counting down the days with a fun game of -- if the Full House cast were food, what would they be? I mean if we didn't celebrate this 90's television revival, that would be a disgrace to our childhood or as Stephanie would say, "How rude."

 

 

My parents, native Virginians, raised my siblings and me in Tennessee. Every summer we’d pile in the van and make the 12-hour haul to our family lakehouse in Virginia and up to my grandparents’ home on the Chesapeake Bay. It was during these trips that we would all get our fill of fresh seafood for the year. Crab still tastes like endless afternoons of Scrabble on the back porch and running through prickly grass down to the dock. Now a resident of Alabama, when I find myself getting homesick I don’t turn to Tennessee. I go straight to summers on the water.
