What's next? Well, for me it all starts with a good recipe. Last weekend I tried Southern Living’s Grilled Chicken Thighs and, I must say, this is one for the recipe file. It’s the quintessential summertime grilled chicken recipe. I forewent the recommended white barbecue sauce and can attest that my plate was still nowhere near lacking in flavor.
