Mango-Mint-Rum Slush

Freeze chopped mango, then blend with ice, mango nectar, white rum, lime juice, sugar, and fresh mint for a minty sweet cocktail with just the slightest hint of pucker from the lime juice. It's best to serve immediately, so keep spare frozen mango in the freezer to whip up extra batches in a hurry.
