Marinated Grilled Apples with Mint
Transform fresh apples into an amazing dessert by marinating them in orange juice, honey, mint, ginger, and black pepper.
Then baste the fruit with this mixture while they're on the grill. The acid in the orange juice keeps the apple from turning
brown, and the dash of pepper brings out the sweetness in the fruit.
