NO PURCHASE REQUIRED. PURCHASING DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Sweepstakes begins 11/3/08 at 8:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends 12/19/08 at 11:59 p.m. CT. Open to all legal residents of the U.S. and District of Columbia age 21 or older at time of entry. To enter, visit www.myrecipes.com and fill out entry form. Limit one (1) online entry per person day, regardless of email address used. Additional entries online entries received will be void. Winners will be randomly selected under the supervision of Southern Progress Corp. or its agent. One (1) daily winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received by 11:59 p.m. CT each day. Each Daily Winner (47 total) will receive a TasteBook (ERV: $38.90) (Total ERV of all Daily Prizes, $1,828.30). All eligible entries submitted (including entries of Daily Winners) and received by 11:59 p.m. CT December 19, 2008 will be considered for the Grand Prize. Grand Prize winners will be selected on or about 1/9/09. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a $12,500 cash prize (ARV of Grand Prize: $12,500). In addition $12,500 will be donated to charity in honor of Grand Prize Winner. Designated Charity must be a 501(c)(3) organization and mutually agreed upon by Grand Prize Winner and Sponsor. (Total Estimated Value of all prizes $26,828). The difference between the actual retail value (“ARV”) and estimated retail value (“ERV”) of a prize will not be awarded. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. No cash in lieu of prize or substitution of prizes except at discretion of Sponsor. Federal, state, and local taxes on all prizes are the responsibility of the winners.

SWEEPSTAKES CONDITIONS: Any winner who cannot be easily located at address shown on entry form will forfeit prize. Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign and return a W-9, Release and Affidavit of Eligibility as a condition of receiving the Grand Prize. All forms must be returned within 5 days of first attempted notification or prize will be forfeited. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend Sweepstakes if for any reason, Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned because of circumstances or causes which in the Sponsor’s sole judgment, affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or to terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the myrecipes.com Website. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. By acceptance of the prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name and photo for publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Online entrants must have a valid email address. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the potential Grand Prize Winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. No mechanical, automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar means of entry permitted. Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, and promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical, hardware, software, communications, network, website or Internet malfunctions, errors, or failures of any kind; failures, omissions, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the myrecipes.com website; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website; printing or human or other errors. With regard to any mailed entries received pursuant to instructions set forth in the Sweepstakes Facts, each entry must be mailed separately. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, stolen, postage due, mutilated or misdirected mail. Entrant agrees to release Sponsor, sweepstakes administrator, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates, respective owners, and subsidiaries from liability of any kind for any loss, claim, damage, or injury arising from participation in this sweepstakes or from the use of any prize. Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions are final relating to rules interpretation, participation in sweepstakes, eligibility, selection of winner, and awarding of prizes. Entrant may be contacted by the Sponsor, its corporate affiliates and/or any promotional partners with future promotional offers. Information provided by Entrant to participate in this Sweepstakes is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy. Employees of Southern Progress Corporation (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and suppliers and the families of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
