In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.

Eligibility:. The MyRecipes.com "Money To Burn" Giveaway (the "Giveaway", or the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 21 or older at the time of entry. Void outside the US, in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of the Southern Progress Corporation, (the "Sponsor") and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

How to Enter: There are 2 ways to enter. Method #1: visit www.myrecipes.com/moneytoburn and follow all entry instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. Online entries must be received between 8.01 AM Central Time ("CT") on Monday, June 1, 2009, and 11:59 PM Central Time ("CT") on Friday, July 31, 2009 (the "Giveaway Entry Period"). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Limit: One online entry per email address per day. In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Online entrants who prefer to continue, after submitting their entry, will have an opportunity to play a "Guess Which Grill" contest, for a chance to receive an extra entry into the Grand Prize Drawing.

Method #2: Mail a postcard, including your name, complete address, phone number and email, to: The MyRecipes.com “Money To Burn” Giveaway, Attention: Emily Schroeder, 2100 Lakeshore Drive, Birmingham, Alabama 35209. Each postcard must be mailed separately and must be postmarked between Monday, June 1, 2009, and Friday, July 31, 2009, and received by Wednesday, August 5, 2009. You may enter as many times as you wish by mail. Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mailed entries.

There are nine (9) weeks in the Giveaway Entry Period. Entries must be received during the Entry Period indicated in the chart below to be eligible for that week's prize. Non-winning weekly entries will not be rolled over to subsequent weekly Entry Periods. They will only be eligible to win a prize for the week during which they are received.

Prizes & Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): Sixty-Four (64) prizes with an ARV of $10,016.85 will be awarded as follows:

Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize of a Summit S-670 Weber Grill (ARV: $2500) and $5,000 Cash. The Grand Prize has a Total ARV of $7,500.

Weekly Prizes: There will be sixty-three (63) total prizes awarded in the weekly drawings of a MyRecipes.com Grilling T-Shirt (ARV: $15) and a Weber’s Way to Grill Cookbook (ARV: $24.95), for a combined ARV of $39.95 each. Seven (7) weekly prizes will be awarded in each of nine consecutive weeks. Total ARV of all Weekly Prizes: $2,516.85.

Random Drawings: Weekly prize winners will be selected in a series of random drawings on or about each drawing date indicated in the chart above from among all eligible entries received within the corresponding Entry Period. Prizes will be sent to the address on the entry form within 4-6 weeks. In addition, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about Friday, August 14, 2009 in a separate random drawing, from among all eligible entries received.

The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email or telephone, and confirmed via U.S. mail, and will be required to sign and return, within ten (10) days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, and where allowable, a Publicity Release (collectively, "the Releases"). The Grand Prize package will be awarded within 30 days after the winner is verified.

The random drawings will be conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Giveaway. Odds of winning in each weekly drawing are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received within the corresponding Entry Period for that drawing. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the entire Promotion Period.

Odds: The odds of winning a prize in this Giveaway is dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received, but is estimated to be 1:700,000 for the Grand Prize; and 1:11,000 for the Weekly Prizes.

Prize Conditions: If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, his/her prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who must execute the Releases on the minor winner's behalf. Prizes are non-assignable or transferable to another individual, except to a surviving spouse. Merchandise prizes are not redeemable for cash, and no substitution is permitted except if prize offered is unavailable, in which case the Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local sales and income taxes, if applicable. Winner acknowledges that the Sponsor and all other businesses affiliated with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner are responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize being offered. Entry and acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsor or their agent(s) to use winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded.

General: All entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and release the Sponsor and their affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Giveaway, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the Promotion, and the acceptance and use/misuse of the prize offered. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of any prize.

Privacy: By entering and providing the required entry information, Entrants acknowledge that MyRecipes.com may also send information, samples or special offers it believes may be of interest to Entrant, or other information or goods offered by its marketing partners and Sponsors.
