Versatile and full of health benefits, new soy products have hit the shelves tasting better than ever.

Although pureed tofu forms the base of these burgers, the flavor comes from cashew nuts, sunflower seeds, mushrooms, cumin, and cayenne pepper. The burger mixture contains eggs and breadcrumbs, but no dairy products.
