Stove-Top Macaroni and Cheese with Roasted Tomatoes
A little multitasking gets this hearty dish on the table in just under 45 minutes. While the tomatoes cook, toast the breadcrumbs and boil the macaroni. The key to the creamy cheddar sauce is cooking over medium-low heat so the cheese doesn't become stringy and the sauce grainy. Stir in tomatoes, top with breadcrumbs, and serve.
