Fresh Herb-Coated Beef Tenderloin Steaks with Mushroom Gravy
When using a great cut of meat, keep seasonings and marinades to a minimum. Accent the naturally rich flavor of beef tenderloin with fresh thyme and rosemary, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and then cook for eight minutes on each side. While the steaks sit, make the white-wine based mushroom gravy.
