Blackened Portobello-Mushroom Salad

Versatile portobello mushrooms can be cooked on the grill, under the broiler, or in the skillet. Try them blackened, served over a bed of salad greens. The caps are quick-cooking, so you can have this one-dish supper on the table in 15 minutes even with the ten-minute marinade time. Just get the rest of the dish ready while the mushrooms soak in the bright flavors of the marinade, then cook for a minute or so on each side.
