Falafel Pitas with Cucumber-Yogurt Dressing

Sink your teeth into a wrap that's filled with creamy Cucumber-Yogurt Dressing and a chickpea cake. Like any main-dish cake, the chickpea cake is made with bread crumbs, eggs, Dijon mustard, and a few spices. Pulse the ingredients in a food processor to mix, then sauté for about four minutes on each side. Serve in a whole wheat pita with veggie sticks or chips.
