Kulich
In Russian Orthodox homes, Easter traditional calls for tall loaves of sweet kulich. Baked in a coffee can or bowl, kulich has a shape meant to resemble the domes of Russia's Orthodox churches. After being iced, the bread is topped with raisins to form the letters "XB," meaning "Christ has risen."
