Pork Tenderloin with Olive-Mustard Tapenade
A little bit of this tapenade adds a lot of flavor to the pork tenderloin. To ensure quick cooking, flatten the pork strips with a rolling pin, then add to the skillet. Serve the extra tapenade on toast.
