Ingredients

  • 1 (1-pound) loaf whole-wheat bread, cut into 1/2-inch slices

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 250°.

2. Cut each slice of bread lengthwise into thirds, and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 250° for 1 hour or until bread is crisp. Let cool completely before serving. Store in an airtight container.
