1 tablespoon light butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups cubed zucchini (about 3/4 pound)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
How to Make It
Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, and sauté 1 minute. Add zucchini, and cook, stirring occasionally, 6 to 7 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in salt and pepper.
