Zucchini, tomatoes, and basil

  • 6 zucchini
  • 1/4 cup(s) onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) basil
  • parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic


  1. Cook zucchini till just tender. Saute onions and garlic till yellow. Remove from heat, add basil. layer in casserole. Bake 30 mins at 375.
