Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 4 cup(s) unpeeled chopped zucchini chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) water
- 2 cup(s) milk
- 2 tablespoon(s) flour
Preparation
- Combine water, butter, zucchini, onion, salt and sugar in large saucepan. Simmer until zucchini is soft. Place in blender with flour and puree. add milk and simmer for 20 min.
- If choosing to freeze mixture, hold milk and freeze after pureeing mix.
