Ingredients

3 zucchini (about 1 pound), cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices

Preparation

1. Place zucchini in a vegetable steamer. Steam, covered, 8 minutes or until very tender.

2. Place zucchini in a food processor; process until smooth.
