Zesty Seafood Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 cups imitation crabmeat and/or seafood
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber

How to Make It

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill, if desired.


    Also terrific with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing.
