Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover jar tightly, and shake vinaigrette vigorously.
