Zesty Italian Dressing

  • Yield: 1 1/4 cups.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried whole oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried whole basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously to blend. Serve with salad greens.
