Zesty Chili Sauce
The same amount of fresh horseradish can be substituted for prepared. More pungent and fiery than a freshly cut onion, fresh horseradish may irritate your eyes and nose when you grate it. We prefer to place a two-inch piece of horseradish root in the food processor and process until minced. Measure out two tablespoons for this recipe, and reserve any extra for another use.
