1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/3 cup finely chopped peeled, seeded cucumber
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried mint
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, salt, dried mint, and pepper.
