Yogurt Parfait With Crumbled Gingersnaps and Honey
Yield: Serves 4
4 none 6-ounce containers plain or vanilla yogurt
8 none gingersnaps
2 tablespoons honey
1. Spoon 2 containers of the yogurt into 4 glasses and crumble 4 cookies on top. Spoon the remaining 2 containers of yogurt into the glasses and crumble the remaining 4 cookies on top. Drizzle with the honey.
