This sauce was really delicious. It paired perfectly with salmon patties. The only thing I did differently was use dried dill because it is what I had on hand. This would also work as a yummy vegetable dip.
My husband and I loved the dipping sauce - we had to make a variation as we forgot to pick up some dill. We substituted with flat leaf parsley as we had some on hand and added a little more lemon juice than the recipe called for. We spread some on a whole wheat pita topped with sliced English cucumbers - it made a great snack.
