it's easy to prepare - if you have a Middle Eastern store you can purchase "Labneh" wich is the yogurt cheese. served it with crackers ...was all gone.

This was good. Next time I'll add the pine nuts (thanks, Corneydog2003!) and I'll use chopped garlic instead of the sliced.

Way too much work for very mediocre result. The overwhelming flavors were of bitter, raw garlic and yogurt. Definitely will not make again.
