Yogurt-Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

1. Whisk together all ingredients. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 8 hours. If chilled, let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving.
