- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground turmeric
- 3/4 cup(s) long-grain rice
- Bring water, butter, salt and turmeric to a boil over high heat in a medium saucepan with a lid. Add rice; reduce heat to low. Cover and steam for 20 minutes. Uncover an fluff rice with a fork; serve.
