Yellow Pepper Soup with Wild Mushroom Croutons

    I found this recipe just ok. I've been trying to figure out what this needs to make it outstanding. I didn't use whipping cream in the croutons because I couldn't justify the cost for 2 tablespoons. The croutons came out very well. The base of the soup smelled delicious. I didn't have the Hungarian paprika, so I used standard paprika. It's not tasty enough to go in our book of other cooking light recipes, but it wasn't horrible.
