- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3 (17-ounce) cans yams
How to Make It
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and orange juice in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add butter, stirring until melted. Place yams in a 2-quart casserole. Pour glaze over yams. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes.
